RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Please note that all accessories are tested before shipping, we will only give refunds or replacements to faulty equipment, any damages will be dealt with our technical department. All earpieces come with a three month warranty against general wear and tear.
The customer has the right to cancel their order within seven days of purchase, returning the ordered items (if applicable) to the return address (below. A refund or charge for the amount will then be issued with a 40% deduction of the order value for handling and set up manufacture commitment. Charges for postage and packing will not be refunded.

2. Delivery Policy – delivery 15 to 21 working days for bespoke orders, stock orders are within five working days sent by UK postal services.
For export delivery will be deemed to conclude at the country of order origin/delivery area at their customs officials; this is to allow the customer to organize and be responsible for arranging a Broker to obtain clearance and delivery from such Customs Department. Should the Customs not allow entry to such country this will not be the responsibility of Earcomm.
